Another quarter, another win for Fox News in total viewership.

FNC was the most-viewed basic cable network in the first quarter of 2018, both in prime time and full day. It’s now 7 straight quarterback wins in total. Additionally, FNC is in the top five basic cable networks for six consecutive quarters with demo 25-54 during the total day.

FOX News Channel (FNC) continuing to dominate, has scored 65 consecutive quarters as the highest-rated cable news channel in total day and prime time with P2 +, according to Nielsen Media Research. During the Total Day, FNC also topped basic cable in total viewers, ranking seven quarters in a row as the highest rated basic cable network during the Total Day. During the first quarter of 2018, FNC averaged 1,445,000 million total viewers and 300,000 with A25-54 during the total day. During prime time, FNC delivered 2,479,000 viewers in total and 494,000 in the 25-54 age group. Additionally, FNC has overtaken MSNBC and CNN in prime time and total daytime with P2 + and A25-54.
